The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises
The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola is a month-long period of prayer, silence, and spiritual direction. Those entering into this month-long retreat agree to enter into silence at the start of the retreat and to remain silent (including mealtimes) throughout the 30-day program. It is highly recommended that you make at least one eight-day silent directed retreat before making the full Spiritual Exercises.
The Spiritual Exercises can be made at any time of the year, as space and director availability allow. There is a special application form for the Spiritual Exercises which can be obtained through the reservations office. We ask that reservations be submitted at least six weeks in advance along with the application form and a non-refundable deposit of $200.
